My husband Josh took this photo yesterday and it really caught me when I was downloading pics off our memory card and deciding which photos I was going to keep from our week or trash. It's a bit blurry, and I usually will just toss blurry shots, but this photo seriously captures who I am! So I had to keep it.
I know that as we mature and become adults most of us mellow out and even some of us that were once serious extroverts may become more introverted.
I often feel that way... that people who I've met in the past 5 or so years probably have no idea just how extroverted I use to be. "What a ham" was a phrase I heard regularly growing up. I was positive I was going to be an actress "someday", and I really thought it would be fun to be like Carol Burnett, she's a crack up! Or I would've loved Elaine's job on Seinfeld. :) Especially to get to dance like her character - hilarious!
I think just a long series of life events has taken me into a more introverted shell and that's ok. It's another phase of life to enjoy and maybe one of these days, SURPRISE, the full of life Bethany will re-emerge and you'll feel like you made a new friend. :) LOL!

I'm SO glad you didn't throw that pic away! It does really capture who you are. We love you and your wonderful personality! We miss you guys! Hang out time STAT!

I LOVE this picture! It's just perfect no matter what your personality!
That really is an amazing picture...of an amazing girl. Sometimes I look around and wonder where I went too. :-) Thanks for sharing.
Yep. That is totally my sister.
It's a pretty interesting scale you must be using. If you are now in an introverted shell, then when I was your age I was a hermit on the planet Pluto!
The really great thing is that you are you!
I LOVE this picture and can't wait for you to capture my kids (in this same fun way!!) in August! I am excited to meet you!
Hi! I just stopped by cause Aaron said he ran into you can gave me your card :) You take beautiful pictures and are light years ahead of where I am at with it all.

I share your love for Elaine's dancing. I am well known for whipping that out at weddings ... or by myself in the living room, whatever :) My friend Sarah can do a mean Carlton dance (from the Fresh Prince, back in the DAY). Some day we can have a dance party.
The composition of the picture is good, apart from yourself, the door colour tone is great, with the top part which is rust.
It is always nice to be yourself.
