More Rowen Sweetness

I got some shots of Rowen in his home before we did our outdoor shoot and his sweet puppy joined us for some pictures! I love the shot of Rowen sitting in the chair in his nursery with his puppy laying at his feet. So sweet!

Rowen the Little Man

I got to do a baby photo shoot Tuesday afternoon for this handsome little man, Rowen! His mommy and I are friends and in the same mom's group. Doesn't he have the most amazing blue eyes?

Rowen is such a good baby and was a joy to work with!

Here are some of my favorite shots from our little outdoor session. I haven't even gotten around to editing his indoor photos yet, so I'll have more to post of him in the next day or two.

A Popsicle Amongst Friends

We got to spend time this evening with some nearby dear friends. It was a wonderfully warm evening and great for a for a walk. Jude and Ania rode around in this red wagon, and then they shared a Popsicle in the backyard. It was Jude's first Popsicle and he didn't mind it one bit! :) They shared so well too.

The Urban Garden

Ah, we got our garden in today! I love being able to step off my back patio and grab a fresh salad! :)

This year we put together a pot of herbs on our front porch, which I’m thrilled about. I used a lot of basil last year and this year I also have fresh rosemary & thyme. I planted some lavender for clipping to put in little vases.

While we were working on the garden we also did a little work around the rest of the yard. Below is a photo of Josh tending to our sad Jasmine plant that we haven’t given enough attention to in the past 2 years. We forget about it because it’s our only plant in a pot.

All in all we planted lettuce, cucumbers, green beans, snap peas, zucchini, tomatoes, squash, broccoli, raspberries and herbs. Thank you Lord for fresh produce and for a place to plant it! :)

Carrie + Billy

Ok, so I know this is picture over-kill, but there were just too many cute pics of Carrie + Billy to choose from and I had a tough time deciding which to NOT post! :)

Today I met up with Carrie and Billy for their engagement shoot in downtown Portland. The weather was perfect! What a blessing. And these two were seriously, the cutest! Just look at their pics! (You guys will have to forgive me for throwing in so many kissing ones.)

My favorite of them is second from last (b/w). Thanks for a fun afternoon you two! Looking forward to photographing your upcoming wedding!
