We had a great weekend! It started out with a date night for Josh and me on Friday night. It was so relaxing and rejuvenating. I love staring into those beautiful eyes of his and eating good food. When you can't remember the last time you went on a date, that's the best time to go on one! :)
Then I had a great photo shoot Saturday morning with a wonderful family! Their little guy is at a really fun age and is so adorable. I'll have their photos to share soon.
Then... a moment I've been waiting for, happened. I've been trying to find a chair similar to
this one at
Anthropologie for months. I want to reupholster a chair and make it super cute. I don't know how to reupholster :), but I know a fantastic woman who does (aka Grandma) and she's willing to teach me, so I'm looking forward to that. Anyway, Josh and I thought it would be fun to go to a couple garage sales, like the good 'ol days this weekend. We haven't been in a few years and I thought it would be fun to try to find the chair I've been looking for. Well, the first house we stopped at we found this little gem!

I was so excited! So of course I was on a mission at that moment and wanted to ditch all other garage sales and start shopping for fabric. :)
Whenever little moments like this happen in life I have to just stop and say, "Thank you Lord. You bless me with the smallest, silliest things, that always bring me so much joy."
And lastly, we planted a rosemary bush in the front yard. :)
